I met with Bluestreak Technologie a couple of times over the last few months. Their proposition: rapid development of Flash content with low cost (Java) resources to run directly on a large population of phones. They are working with Orange on a number of initiatives and also talking to handset vendors like Nokia. They claim to be well ahead of the market, but from what I understand, Adobe, Microsoft and others are heading their way.
Meanwhile Nokia's widget technology is getting some attention and seems to me to be one development that can transform the way we think of mobile content. Am I being too optimistic?

Your friendly user requirements champion. I think user requirements should drive feature and service development. You can check out my views here: http://www.devicemanagement.org.
