Yum Petkovic
Yum has recently returned to the telecom industry after a four year sabbatical.
"I had spent that time to broaden my experience away from technology and gaining a better perspective as a user in different fields. The bonus was also that I was able to indulge my interests in writing fiction and exploring health and fitness. It has been a fruitful time but I was unexpectedly lured back by Abraham's project on device management. His outlook that management does not stop at technology nor just security issues is very much shared by me."
Yum's blog covers a range of topics focus on user experience such as aspects of technology that can potentially heighten or dampen user enjoyment, service delivery methods and their impact on user perception and experience and user behaviour that can influence how technology might be deployed.
