The powerful solution combines the robust Nokia Intellisync mobility infrastructure with Mirapoint’s secure messaging appliances. Together the companies will provide businesses with mobile communications tools for collaboration and communication.

Today’s workforce is more mobile than ever, communicating and collaborating with colleagues, customers and business applications whilst on the move. Under this collaboration, Nokia Intellisync Mobile Suite for Mirapoint can deliver email and calendar data to compatible mobile devices from a Mirapoint messaging solution. Nokia Intellisync Mobile Suite with Mirapoint’s messaging appliances is scalable to tens of thousands of users and provides business-grade wireless security. With features such as remote device locking and remote data wipe, enterprises maintain control of their mobile devices in the event they are lost or stolen. Because Mirapoint’s solution is appliance-based, businesses benefit from best-of-breed security, reliability, and scalability. In addition to mobile messaging, Mirapoint customers will also be able to turn on file and application synchronization features and full device management capabilities.

The Nokia Intellisync Mobile Suite for Mirapoint will be available in Q3 2007.
