Patent Pending Email Migration Technology Eliminates Barriers to Hosted Email Migration |

Austin, TX, September 11, 2007 - Email Services firm MxToolBox, Inc. announced today the launch of FlexBox™,
a Patent Pending email technology platform that eliminates the barriers
to migrating from an in-house email server to a Managed (Hosted)
Email Service. FlexBox™ is the first managed email service that runs in
parallel with an existing email server, allowing Email Administrators
to migrate one, some or all users to a hosted email solution at their
own pace without taking them off of their existing server. In contrast,
migration to a traditional managed email service requires IT Managers
to move all of their users to the new service all at once, without any
safety net or easy fall back to the old server.
Because
traditional Managed Email Services require all users to be moved off of
the in-house email server at the same time, IT Managers must accept a
substantial amount of Technical, Financial and Personal Risk to
evaluate the potential benefits of having an outsourced email solution.
If the chosen Managed Solution does not work, the IT Team must move all
users back to the old server and deal with the unpleasant task of
reconciling data from the managed mailbox with the old mailbox. The
money and time invested in the migration is wasted and the IT Manager’s
