Telesoft Introduces Wireless Help Desk Print E-mail
PHOENIX, Arizona  January 31 2008 -- Telesoft Corporation, a leading provider of Telecom

Expense Management (TEM) solutions, has introduced the wireless help desk service known as the Telesoft Mobility Service. The service is complimentary to the already successful TeleCell wireless management package and allows customers to order service and procure devices through a central help desk provided by Telesoft.

We are excited about getting the Telesoft Mobility Service up and running, said Thierry Zerbib, CEO of Telesoft Corp. The new service will be a huge value add to our customers who are interested in taking the burden of wireless service and procurement off their shoulders and placing it on ours.

The Telesoft Mobility Service will provide comprehensive device and help desk support to enterprise users utilizing a central point of contact through a single 800 number. The service will enable an organization to simplify device procurement, activation, disconnect, and help desk support. Organizations utilizing this service will have the ability to continue enforcing policy management while reducing their overall telecom expense.

We have been managing the telecom expense for quite some time and now we have a full service to manage the device, added Zerbib.
