PALO ALTO, Calif / BEIJING, China / BANGALORE, INDIA February 19, 2008 - Berggi today
announced the addition of four new members to the company's
executive leadership and the opening of three additional offices to
accommodate the company's rapid user growth and to pursue strategic
partnerships like its recently announced venture with SINA Corporation -- China's largest online media company.
The company has achieved tremendous momentum, with a series of partnerships
and dramatic growth in its user base to over 2 million users, with several
thousand new users being added every day. The company has moved its
headquarters from Houston, TX to its new location in Palo Alto, in the
heart of the Silicon Valley, as well as opening new offices in Beijing and
Bangalore to give Berggi an expanded global presence. The Houston office
will remain as an operations center for Berggi's new mobile video services.
New additions to Berggi's executive team are Reddy Karri, Dr. Will Wei Lin, Alfredo Exposito and Chuck Monte.

Karri joins Berggi from SGT, and previously was at DataCert and I2 as VP
Engineering and Operations. Karri is based out of Berggi's new Palo Alto
office.
Dr. Will Wei Lin, Manager, China, Berggi Global
Partnerships
Lin is based in Beijing, leading Berggi's partnership business development
in China and the company's Beijing office. Lin joined Berggi from
Hewlett-Packard, and brings with him a considerable amount of customer and
client development experience in Asia.

Alfredo Exposito, Manager, Europe, Berggi Global
Partnerships
Based in Madrid, Exposito joined Berggi to lead the company's partnership
business development in Europe. Exposito, an expert in consumer mobile
downloadable premium applications and content, was previously at Buongiorno
US, the US subsidiary of the world's largest provider of consumer mobile
premium content.
Chuck Monte, Director, Product Management, Berggi Navento
Global Partnership
Monte, a veteran consumer mobile product inventor and developer
specializing in innovations for next-generation mobile, will be based in
Palo Alto, CA. He joined Berggi to lead Berggi's location based mobile
product development and management in partnership with Navento. Monte is
joining Berggi from Mobio, an innovative Silicon Valley mobile applications
firm. Monte is the original creator of the OGO messenger from IXI Mobile,
and led the creation of one of the earliest and most innovative instant
messaging hand-set and mobile IM applications in the world.
