SANTA BARBARA, Calif. February 26, 2008 -- CallWave, Inc., a leading provider of mobile

the appointment of Richard Roberts as chief marketing officer. As CMO,
Roberts' primary focus is to help shape the future direction of CallWave
and to dramatically increase revenue by bringing new products to new
markets.

Prior to joining the CallWave executive team, Roberts headed up
marketing for cutting-edge online and mobile brands such as CNET, SendMe
Mobile, ZipRealty and Zing Networks where he drove significant growth
through innovative acquisition and viral marketing programs. His 20-year
marketing career also includes successful experience with world-class
companies such as Grey Advertising, Pfizer and BMG Direct. Roberts
earned his B.A. in Economics at Emory University and an MBA from the
School of Management at Yale University.
