Mr. Lingenthal, a consultant for the Telecoms Division of Ernst & Young and for Canadian-based Wavesat Inc., is also an Operating Partner at Advent International, one of the world's largest and most experienced private equity firms.

Previously, Mr. Lingenthal was the Senior Vice President at Siemens Mobile and Key Account Manager for the Vodafone Group, based in England. Prior to serving as Senior Vice President, he was Key Account Manager for Siemens, with clients such as BT/Bt Wireless (now MMO2) and Director of Procurement for Siemens Communications from 1992 to 1996.
