DURHAM, NC March 24, 2008 –
Motricity, a leading provider of mobile content infrastructure
services, today announced changes to the
management team and shared projections for 2008 performance.
Steve Elfman, President and Chief Operating Officer, will be transitioning out of his role over the next month
to join Sprint as President - Network Operations and Wholesale.
"Steve is a great leader and he's been instrumental to this company's success," said Ryan Wuerch, chairman and CEO.
"We certainly don't like losing him, but he leaves us in a very strong position. He's built a great foundation
for the business and we have great momentum moving forward. Steve's entire leadership team remains intact and
will continue to lead our business. The team is executing against a very solid operating plan and we're expecting
strong results for the year - exceeding $100 million in net revenue."

Ryan Wuerch will remain as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer. His operational team will include Bruce Reisenauer
serving as Senior Vice President, Product Engineering & Customer Solutions; George Fraser serving as
Senior Vice President, Global Sales & Business Development; Brendan Benzing serving as Senior Vice
President, New Product Strategy & Marketing; Joel Chaplin serving as Senior Vice President, I.T.
Operations & Enterprise Systems and Reed Thorkildsen serving as Senior Vice President,Technology R&D
and Architecture. The entire team is based in Bellevue, WA.
