At booth #5534 in the M2M Zone, Telit will showcase its entire product family in addition to the latest innovative partner applications for consumers and businesses:
Telit will unveil the Xirgo IntelliPort, a first-of-its-kind car tracking device that enables consumers, insurers, finance companies, auto manufacturers and fleet managers wireless access to diagnostics and vehicle information. The Xirgo Technologies IntelliPort application utilizes the GPRS/GSM capabilities of Telit’s GE864 QUAD module.
Another unique consumer application in the Telit showcase is the Laipac Technology Inc. S-911 Bracelet Locatorä. Ideal for tracking children, the wrist wearable security device relies on Telit’s module for GPS and cellular capabilities. The Telit booth will feature an exciting live demonstration of the new Telit and SensorLogic pre-integrated M2M solution. The pre-integrated mobile device and hosted service suite will drastically reduce the amount of time needed to launch new M2M applications by enabling customers to have a network certified and branded application on the market in a matter of days.
Also on display at the Telit booth is the Cooper Power Systems OutageAdvisor. This innovative application uses cellular communications technology to alert power companies of outages, enabling crews to pinpoint outage locations and have the information they need to drive directly to the site and address the issue, improving response times and increasing reliability.
Another exciting feature at the Telit booth is the Morey DMT (Dual Mode Telematics) Controller, which is the ultimate asset management tool for heavy machinery. The Morey DMT integrates Telit’s M2M wireless communications technology with GPS and optional satellite capabilities to enable construction equipment owners and fleet managers the ability to remotely track the status, diagnostics and location of assets worldwide.
Telit will also present a live demo of the Beacon Wireless FleetMaster product utilizing the Garmin Nüvi 660 navigation device that features two-way data communication and GPS enabled by Telit’s GE863-GPS module. This innovative application for shipping and delivery service companies improves fleet management by streamlining the assignment of shipment collections based on fleet location and driver availability. FleetMaster’s unique two-way text messaging allows interactive communication between driver and dispatch for a rapid response to the request.
