"2008 is a watershed year of execution and growth for Aircell," said
Jack Blumenstein, CEO, Aircell. "Our management team has done a superb

than a century of airline experience," added Blumenstein. "His addition
to the executive team comes at a particularly opportune time as we
prepare to launch Gogo with American Airlines, and are poised to bring
the full array of Aircell products and services to other airline
partners in 2008 and beyond."
"The global airline industry is changing rapidly and it's exciting
to join a company on the front edge of that very positive change," said
John Happ. "We have a fantastic team in place at Aircell. I look
forward to complementing their skills to help the company achieve its
phenomenal growth potential."
