TRANGO Virtual Processors Announces Compliance With OMTP's New Advanced Trusted Environment Spec Print E-mail
GRENOBLE, France  May 22, 2008 -- TRANGO Virtual Processors®, a leading provider of embedded

virtualization IP, announced today that it is the first member company in the Open Mobile Terminal Platform (OMTP) organization to submit a Product Profile Statement for the new Advanced Trusted Environment (TR1) recommendation. The TR1 recommendation establishes requirements for security in mobile devices.

By allowing multiple execution environments to run simultaneously and securely on single- and multi-core processors, the TRANGO Hypervisor provides support for OMTP TR1 profiles 1 and 2.
