BOULDER, Colo. July 1, 2008 -- Mocapay, a leader in mobile marketing and payments, today
announced the
appointment of Kevin Grieve as its CEO, effective immediately.
Concurrent with the appointment of Grieve, Mocapay also announced that
Rod Stambaugh, Mocapay's founder and past CEO, would continue an active
role as Chief Strategy Officer and Board Member and a full-time
executive of the company.
Mocapay allows consumers to simply and securely transact at any point of
sale with a mobile device using any tender type and also gives users the
ability to receive targeted marketing messages from their favorite
retailers.
