PORTLAND, Maine July 9, 2008 -- Foneshow, a leader in short-form audio
content for mobile
phones, today announced Weleskie Bourke, a seasoned
business development talent, was hired to augment the Foneshow business
development team and expand their reach in the radio and broadcast arena.
She will be responsible for expanding the company's footprint in the
broadcast media and radio markets.

the cutting edge of the new media world," said Weleskie Bourke, Director of

Ms. Bourke has over 13 years of experience in radio. She joins Foneshow
from GreenStone Media, a radio and media network founded by a group of high
profile women such as Gloria Steinem and Jane Fonda, among others. There
she served as operations manager for the 24-hour, all-women radio network's
New York market. Previously she spent 11 years at New York City's legendary
talk radio station, WOR. There she served in various capacities, including
producer and program coordinator. She also oversaw the station's internship
program. Ms. Bourke has a BA degree in broadcast Journalism from Long
Island University.
