Alltel Wireless Launches JuiceCaster 6.0 Print E-mail
LOS ANGELES, Calif.  July 14, 2008 -- Alltel Wireless today announced its launch of the all-new

JuiceCaster version 6.0. Alltel, which has offered previous versions of JuiceCaster the market-leading social communications utility for mobile phone users since Nov. 2007, now offers version 6.0 on nearly 30 handset models.

Alltels launch of JuiceCaster 6.0 shows our commitment to be at the forefront of delivering the best services to our customers, says Kristi Crum, Director of Multimedia and Data products for Alltel Wireless. JuiceCaster 6.0 delivers unique social networking and video features to our customers.

JuiceCaster 6.0 includes many groundbreaking new features, such as:

  1. the ability to post video status updates directly from the mobile phone to leading online social networks such as Facebook and Twitter
  2. enabling non-members to subscribe to a JuiceCaster members status updates
  3. the creation of groups for one-touch, instant video sharing to mobile phones, email and online social networks
  4. powerful social bookmarking integration with services such as Digg and De.li.cious
  5. the ability to post mobile videos as blog entries on top blogging sites such as Blogger and Typepad
  6. the power to watch and interact with user-generated videos right on the phone
