ATLANTA, Ga. Sept. 30, 2008 -- SpinVox, a global leader in voice-to-content messaging, announced
today
the appointment of Dominick Tolli as the Senior Vice President of
Marketing for North America. Tolli joins the organization after leading
mobile data and service delivery efforts at Virgin Mobile.
“Dominick brings two decades of deep
experience in all facets of telecom service marketing to SpinVox in
North America,” says Christina Domecq,
co-founder and CEO. “At Virgin Mobile alone,
he was responsible for Virgin’s Mobile Data
Services which included messaging, music, mobile marketing, mobile
advertising and social networking. At SpinVox he’ll
be charged with developing an ever increasing range of routes to market
for services enabled by the automatic conversion of voice to text.”
Prior to joining SpinVox, Tolli was the V.P. of Innovation Services at
Virgin Mobile and prior to that, for three years held the position of
V.P. of Mobile Data Services. From 1999 through 2002, he was the
President of Business Operations and the V.P. of Business Development at
Net2Phone. Tolli spent more than 12 years with AT&T with the most recent
stint being a Product Management director in their Consumer Group. He
also worked in launching AT&T’s WorldNet
service with prior assignments including sales and systems engineering.
Tolli holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College and a
Masters from Cornell. He received his MBA from New York University in
1986.
