announced that Cricket Communications, Inc. has signed a three-year extension for routeWATCH. Last year, Cricket began using Connectiv Solution’s routeWATCH service to reduce long distance expenses and increase profit margins for its Cricket service.

Cricket provides a user-friendly, affordable flat-rate wireless service for approximately 4.3 million customers in 32 states. Following today’s announcement, routeWATCH will continue providing Cricket with increased awareness into its long distance costs by analyzing nationwide daily call records in order to create a more efficient network. The routeWATCH monitoring will include existing, recently launched and future Cricket markets across the country.
