OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. Aug. 7, 2009 -- Stelera Wireless today announced that Tim Duffy has joined
the company
as its Chief Technology Officer. Stelera is pleased to welcome Duffy,
who will help guide the company’s continued rapid expansion of deploying
broadband networks in rural America.

Based in Oklahoma City, Duffy will oversee the company’s technology
direction. This will include subscriber product development, as well as
network build-out and engineering related operations. Duffy has more
than 25 years of wireless engineering experience. He was most recently a
network planning and engineering executive with AT&T. Before that he was
chief technology officer and senior vice president for Dobson
Communications Corporation. Duffy came to Dobson from Sygnet
Communications, where he served as director of engineering.
