Based in Oklahoma City, Duffy will oversee the company’s technology direction. This will include subscriber product development, as well as network build-out and engineering related operations. Duffy has more than 25 years of wireless engineering experience. He was most recently a network planning and engineering executive with AT&T. Before that he was chief technology officer and senior vice president for Dobson Communications Corporation. Duffy came to Dobson from Sygnet Communications, where he served as director of engineering.
