IRVINE, Calif. Aug. 11, 2009 -- Uniloc USA Inc., a leader
in device-based authentication solutions,
today announced the
appointment of Michael Lin as its CFO.

have seen consistent growth in our client base and a significant
increase in finance-intensive projects requiring senior leadership and
insight," said Brad Davis, CEO at Uniloc. "With Michael's significant
experience and sterling reputation, he is a natural choice to spearhead

Mr. Lin was previously VP of Finance
and Strategic Planning and Board Member at Fast Search & Transfer,
which was acquired by Microsoft in April 2008. He was responsible for
financial oversight and due diligence for the acquisition. In addition,
he led financial evaluations and due diligence on multiple acquisition
negotiations and a number of joint ventures with global 500 companies.
During his tenure there the company grew from $30 million in revenues
to over $200 million, and from 100 employees to over 850.
