Mr. Lin was previously VP of Finance and Strategic Planning and Board Member at Fast Search & Transfer, which was acquired by Microsoft in April 2008. He was responsible for financial oversight and due diligence for the acquisition. In addition, he led financial evaluations and due diligence on multiple acquisition negotiations and a number of joint ventures with global 500 companies. During his tenure there the company grew from $30 million in revenues to over $200 million, and from 100 employees to over 850.
