UXBRIDGE, UK Oct. 1, 2009 -- Wyless, the Global Network Enabler (GNE), will
be exhibiting its
next-generation management platform, Porthos, at CTIA Wireless IT and
Entertainment 2009 in San Diego, from 7th - 9th October 2009.
Porthos is a ground-breaking Software as a Service (SaaS) solution from
Wyless, which provides complete visibility, control and flexibility over
every aspect of wireless device communications, enabling real-time
management of wireless connectivity, including automated provisioning,
activating and deactivating devices, billing and invoicing, activity
reporting and control as well as open API links into existing applications.
Dan McDuffie, VP Sales, North America, stated, "With Porthos and its
'white-label' capabilities, we are essentially offering our customers and
partners a 'GNE in a box,' giving them the ability to become a GNE and
offer the Wyless SaaS solution to their customers and partners without the
cost and complexity of implemented a managed global network."
Wyless welcomes all interested parties to attend the three-day event and
visit its stand, Booth 544, located in the M2M Zone. Visitors will have the
opportunity to see first-hand the Porthos user experience, with the
opportunity to speak with Dan McDuffie and his team to discuss the business
benefits of the new platform.
Dan McDuffie continued: "Attending CTIA in San Diego will provide us the
ideal platform for us to demonstrate the functionalities within Porthos to
our peers and to prospective partners in the US."
