TELUS will use Mformation’s technology to remotely configure,
diagnose, update and manage CDMA feature phones and smart devices
throughout all phases of their lifecycle. This will help ensure that
TELUS’ CDMA customers can make the most of its innovative technologies
and networks, advanced mobile devices, and industry-leading mobile data
services.
TELUS will enhance the end-user experience with the real-time
control and over-the-air capabilities that Mformation’s solution
provides. In addition, Mformation will contribute to TELUS’
customer support for its wireless subscribers through
the sophisticated diagnostic capabilities of MFORMATION SERVICE MANAGER.
TELUS selected the MFORMATION SERVICE MANAGER because of it has been designed
to be forward-compatible with the next-generation of wireless
technologies.
